determined by Pasco County zoning permit. Rental application must be submitted to HOA for approval - must be booked ahead for background checks to be completed.

Our features and amenities, including the incredible view, fully justify our pricing. While we offer off season pricing, we will NOT CONSIDER discounts for any of the peak winter season - EVER.
Please do not request, or expect,
a discount for December 15 - May 15.
This neighborhood, building, this unit and this view is as nice as you will find this close to Clearwater. Quieter, less traffic and congestion, better pricing.
